This website (lonieta.nl) is part of Lonieta, currently still in its startup phase (formal company registration follows at product launch). For any privacy questions, contact hallo@lonieta.nl.
This website does not place cookies and does not use tracking scripts or analytics. The only personal data we process is what you enter yourself in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), industry, subject and your message.
When submitted, this data is opened directly as an email to hallo@lonieta.nl — there is no database, CRM or third party involved. We never ask for your own customer data in this form; a demo on your own data happens in a secure environment, not through this website.
Solely to respond to your question, demo request or support request. Legal basis: performance of (preparatory steps for) a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to questions you ask us directly.
If you sign up via /en/join or the sign-up modal on the homepage, we process your email address, optionally your name, the language of your sign-up, and (only for abuse prevention, e.g. automated sign-ups) your IP address. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given separately at sign-up.
We use double opt-in: after signing up you receive one confirmation email, and only once you click the link in it are you actually added to the list. This data is used solely to send you that confirmation email and, once Lonieta launches, one download link/launch notification. No newsletter, no other marketing, no reselling or sharing with third parties — everything runs on our own server, no external email marketing service.
You can unsubscribe at any time with one click via the link in every email. After unsubscribing we only keep the fact that you unsubscribed (so we don't accidentally email you again); we delete waitlist data at the latest when the product launches, or earlier on request via hallo@lonieta.nl.
Contact form: we keep your message no longer than needed to handle your request, and delete it afterward or after a maximum of 24 months of inactivity. Early-access waitlist: see above.
We share this data with no one. No sub-processor is involved in the contact form itself. (The central license server that supports the product has its own data processing agreement once you become a customer — that does not apply to this marketing website.)
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to object. Send an email to hallo@lonieta.nl to exercise these rights. You also have the right to file a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
This is the version for the pre-launch period. Once the product and the central license server go live (after 16 August 2026), we will expand this policy to cover processing within the application itself.
